• You are sponsoring me, John Girvin, to take part in a number of cyclosportive events ("Events") during 2011.
• I will pay all fees and expenses associated with entering these Events myself.
• The minimum donation is £5.00.
• Your donations will go to support the work of RNIB NI.
• RNIB NI have absolute discretion regarding how any funds raised by this effort are used.
• The individual Events, their organisers and other entrants may support other charities in addition to RNIB NI.
• If you make a donation, the name you enter will be included in the list of sponsors displayed on sponsorjohn.com.
• If you submit a valid URL with your donation, your entry in the list of sponsors will be linked to that URL.
• I reserve the right to edit, amend or delete any name or URL submitted.
• There may be a delay between making a donation and your link appearing in the list of sponsors.
• Donation amounts will not be made public, however the list of sponsors may be sorted so that more generous sponsors appear higher up the list.
• Your donation will be securely processed by PayPal. For providing this service, PayPal will take a small percentage of your donation as fees.
• Donations will be held in a dedicated account before being passed to RNIB NI in late 2011 or early 2012.
• If, for any reason, I am unable to take part in or fully complete any or all of the Events, no refunds will be issued to sponsors and all monies raised will be donated to RNIB NI.
